The Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) issues the Oil & Gas Industry Service Permit (OGISP) to companies that wish to operate in the upstream oil and gas sector.
This permit is the official authorization to offer services such as engineering, logistics, procurement, and technical operations in Nigeria’s petroleum industry. Obtaining it is a legal requirement before you can bid for or perform work with oil and gas operators.
