How to create user account?

To create an account click Sign Up fill the required informtions and click register, a verifiction link will be sent to your email, click on the link to verify your account.

How to reset password?

To reset account password click Here fill in your registered email and click submit, a link to reset password will be sent to your email, click on the link, enter your new password and submit.

How to verify my account?

Account verification is very easy, once you create an account, an email containing a verification link will be sent to you. If you did not verify your account and try to login, the system will notify you that your account has not been verified and at thesame time send you an email containing new verification link.

Can i delete my account?

Yes, but to delete your account for whatsoever reason, you have to send us an email using the contact form, stating the reason why your account should be deleted, a technical team agent will respond to you within 72 hours to confirm you are the rightful account owner.

How to request a service?

To request a services click Request Service Form. fill in your details and select the required service you want by ticking the checkbox, then click submit. An email containing your order information will be sent.

How to print receipt/Invoice and track transactions?
